When it comes to your project, we believe that the process can be as important as the outcome, and that’s why we’ve created this highly effective four-step process, which we have dubbed Remodeling Reimagined.

We take a very design-centric approach to the construction process, much like a custom home builder before the remodeling world. That means that we design your project to fit you and meet your needs.

We do all the legwork, and you get to simply enjoy watching your vision become a reality.

Concept Development

Your ideas take visual form through sketches and 2D renderings so you can react and re-align where needed.

Design Refinement

Your vision becomes tangible with 3D renderings that let you envision your space before it's built.

Step Four

Coordinating & Estimating

Your project moves forward with a realistic budget and timeline, backed by trade partner input that eliminates surprises.

Construction Documentation

Your project is ready to build with detailed drawings that ensure precision and accountability.

This meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll want to make sure that your project is a good fit for our team, and you’ll want to make sure that our team is a good fit for your project.

Assuming everything goes well, we’ll present a project development agreement. This agreement begins the process of working directly with our team of experts. Your project consultant at Casa Keepers will bring in other team members as needed for your specific project.

This is where the real fun begins. You’ll work directly with our designer, who will provide you with curated color palettes, product ideas, and specific material options for your project.

Think of things like accent walls, exotic wood species, and custom cabinetry. Our designer takes special care to make sure that your project reflects your taste and desires. No cookie-cutter projects are allowed, and you won’t need to go shopping or become an expert. That’s what our team is here for.

While you’ve been busy making decisions with our project consultant and experiencing the amazing designs of what’s to come, our estimation and construction teams have been busy compiling your construction budget, scheduling all of the necessary craftsmen, and working with outside trade partners who will be required to bring it all to life.

After we’ve completed your project designs and the construction budget, we will present you with a fully priced and transparent construction contract. No nebulous estimates, no surprise bids. This is a flat fee construction contract. Once that’s signed, we’ll begin ordering any special order or custom made components.

This is when we will take all of those carefully crafted plans and bring them to fruition from daily cleaning to clear communication. We’ll never forget that we’re guests working in your home.

Beginning on day one of construction, you’ll be assigned a project lead from our staff to be your daily point of contact. This person will be responsible for overseeing everything happening at your home at all times. No missed details and no unanswered questions.

Your project lead will update you weekly on the specific details and the progress made that week. You’ll also have a link to your own private webpage where you can see our daily project photos and you can read updates from our team.
